People who know companies best, top management, are buying their own firms' stock. They are buying at the highest rate since the market bottom in March '09.
This Bloomberg article says that since 2004, there have been three S&P 500 companies with sellers for every company with buyers. That 3:1 ratio, according to InsiderScore, has reversed. Between Aug. 3 and Aug. 9, three times as many companies had buyers compared to those firms whose senior managers sold.
